How to access the lounges:
Chase Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-CarltonTM Credit Card primary cardmembers and authorized users have lounge access with their complimentary Priority PassTM membership.
Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers may bring up to two guests per visit for free, and additional guests for $27. There's no additional charge for children under two. Ritz-Carlton cardmembers may bring unlimited guests at no charge.
If you do not have any of the above cards, Priority pass members may gain access once a year.

Final Thoughts
I personally keep the Chase Sapphire Reserve directly for the lounge access. It’s one of the only lounges in San Diego ( we visit San Diego often because we have family there) and we prefer these lounges out of most of the standard lounges. The card also has a high annual fee of $550 but comes with an annual travel credit of $300. The extra $250 is easily worth it considering how often we visit these lounges and what would be the cost of food and drinks at these lounges.
One of the BEST parts of these lounges are the perks. You can scan a QR code and order food and drinks directly to your table and they have great services like a free facial at La Guardia, massage chairs at BOS and the list goes on…
These lounges are easily my favorite and well worth the annual fee of this card in my opionion.
